All food is available either piping hot (ready for sternos) or cold (oven ready) depending on the time of the affair.

All Smorgasborg packages are based upon guest counts in increments of 5 guests.

When Sebastiano's supplies the paperware needed, we provide an additional 20% above guest count.  

To ensure food safety for you and your guests, please advice our representative as to the time you are eating so that we can advise a proper pick up time. To ensure proper food holding temperature, pick ups should be as close to the time you are eating as possible. 

If your occasion is a rental hall, please ask if use of their ovens is permitted:
as this will affect delivery time and storage of extra trays.  

All orders that qualify for delivery (within a 5 mile radius) are subject to a $20 delivery charge. All other areas vary depending on location.

Catering orders should be placed two weeks prior of the affair date.
All final menu changes must be made four days prior to the affair date.

An equipment deposit is required for Racks and Coffee Urns.
The deposit will be refunded when all equipment is returned in good and clean condition.  

All payment must be made in Cash, Certified Check, Money Order or Credit Card,
(Visa, MasterCard, Discover are gladly accepted).  

All orders must be paid in full three days prior to the affair date.
A 25% deposit is required on all orders.  

Personal checks will not be accepted unless payment is made two weeks prior to party date.
